The Nurse Manager of Critical Care will be overseeing both the Medical Intensive Care Unit MICU and the Cardiac Intensive Care Unit CICU, which totals about 60 beds. Directly reporting to the Director of Nursing, the Nurse Manager of Critical Care will collaborate with the interdisciplinary management team to provide direction of activities and operation of assigned patient care areas, ensure the unit is properly staffed, and evaluates the outcomes of nursing care.
