The Nurse Manager Labor and Delivery will be responsible for managing the quality and efficiency of the department’s nursing care. Furthermore, the RN Nurse Manager will maintain adequate staffing within the Women’s Services department and investigate solutions when variances occur. This position will lead quality improvement planning projects and monitor goals and initiatives for the LD department.
The RN Nurse Manager Labor and Delivery will be supported by Charge and Staff nurses within the unit. The Nurse Manager will directly report to the Nurse Director Maternal Child Health.
The organization is seeking a candidate who has previous management experience in Maternal Child Health Services. The Nurse Manager will use their critical thinking and interpersonal skills to collaboratively work with the leadership team and staff.
