The Nurse Manager will work in a 10 bed Intensive Care Unit. The team is Sepsis Certified and gives each patient personalized care. The Nurse Manager CCU will oversee ICU Nurses, Charge Nurses, and will collaborate with other Intensive Care Unit leaders.
The Nurse Manager Critical Care Unit will report to the Nurse Director ICU. The responsibilities include maintaining a high patient satisfaction, ensuring that clinical operations are effective, and overseeing hiring of staff. The experienced Nurse Manager Intensive Care Unit will educate staff and achieve goals for patient safety, quality of care, and regulatory requirements.
