Reporting to the RN Director of Acute Rehab, the Nurse Manager Inpatient Rehab will oversee a dedicated team of 40 FTEs including Rehabilitation Registered Nurses. The Nurse Manager Inpatient Rehab will also collaborate with the Therapies Manager to oversee Physical Therapists, Occupational Therapists, and Speech Therapists.
The Nurse Manager Inpatient Rehab will have 24/7 oversight of the Acute Rehabilitation Unit. The Nurse Manager Inpatient Rehab will also be responsible for staff supervision, unit education standards, and quality measures.
