The Nurse Manager Hospital Quality Risk Management will promote a culture of patient-centered care by identifying best practices and working with unit leadership to create positive change at all levels of the organization. The Nurse Manager Hospital Quality Risk Management is accountable for creating patient satisfaction standards across the continuum of care and using data analytics to measure success achieving those standards.
