Reporting to the Director of Emergency Services, the Nurse Manager Emergency Services will oversee a busy ED and a dedicated team of Charge Nurses, Staff RNs, and Clinical Technicians. The Assistant Director Emergency Services will be responsible for recruiting, training, and mentoring all clinical nursing staff.
The Nurse Manager Emergency Room will collaborate with the Infection Control committee as well as the Quality Coordinator to ensure best practices and patient satisfaction. The Nurse Manager ER will be responsible for the 24 hour supervision of the department, treating any immediate medical or surgical emergencies and for providing other chronic medical problems, minor injuries or illness.
