An esteemed acute care hospital located in the Mid-Ohio Valley is currently searching for an experienced Emergency Department Nurse Manager to join their accredited healthcare system.

With more than 250-beds today, this hospital is equipped to offer a wide-range of medical and surgical specialties including behavioral health, oncology, emergency and critical care, perioperative services, maternity, pediatrics, neurology, pain management, radiology, rehabilitation, cardiac and vascular care, women’s and children’s services, and much more.
Reporting to the Nurse Director, the Nurse Manager will lead the daily operations of the 44-bed Emergency Department that cares for nearly 60,000 patients annually. The Nurse Manager will lead a team of roughly 50 FTE’s and manage the unit on a 24-hour basis. The Nurse Manager is responsible for the personnel management, quality assurance and performance improvement, unit fiscal budget, and ongoing success of the unit. The Nurse Manager will work collaboratively with various system Leaders and will be involved in hospital-based committees.
- Bachelor’s degree in Nursing
- Registered Nurse RN license
- Minimum 3-5 years of progressive emergency management experience
