An acute care hospital located in southern New Jersey is currently searching for an experienced Nurse Manager Critical Care Stepdown to join their award-winning healthcare team.

The Nurse Manager will join the 200+ bed acute care hospital location that provides a number of inpatient services including Emergency, Oncology, Perioperative Surgical Care, Women’s health and Birthing services, Cardiology and Heart health, and much more.
Under direction of the service line Nurse Director, the Nurse Manager will lead all clinical and administrative functions of the critical care stepdown unit. The Nurse Manager oversees the daily staff assignments, quality assurance and performance improvement, and unit fiscal budget. The Nurse Manager may serve as the House Supervisor as needed. The Nurse Manager will oversee a Critical Care Stepdown unit that provides care to a mixed patient population including medical surgical, orthopedic, neuro, GI, GU/GYN, renal, metabolic, pulmonary systems, and patients requiring isolation/precautions.
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited school of Nursing
- Current Nursing licensurein the state of New Jersey
- 3-5 years of prior leadership in Surgical Services, Medical Surgical, Obstetrics, Pediatrics, Critical Care, or Emergency Services settings
