Reporting to the Director Critical Care, the Nurse Manager Critical Care will serve in overseeing clerical service lines of this hospital’s busy Intensive Care Unit. Administratively, you will serve as a true leader in evaluating staff performance as well as spearhead the development of department budgets and maintenance of inventory and supplies. The Manager Critical Care will get the chance to be a mentor to a dynamic team taking the lead in producing education programs contributing to ongoing development of the RN staff.
Moreover, patients will receive specialized care and supervision by this service line’s distinguished and skilled staff. You will be a key leader alongside the Director in the guidance of
CCRN Supervisors, ICU Registered Nurses, Clinical Nurse Specialists (CNS), and other support staff. The Manager Critical Care will be a driving force in the efficiency of the unit while continuing to cultivate a learning and community environment.
