The House Nurse Supervisor will work in a supportive and stable environment where they can use and grow their skills.
Reporting to the CNO, the Nurse House Supervisor will work with Nursing Service Line Leaders to ensure efficient transitions between the 2nd and 3rd shift patient care teams. They will act as administrator on duty in the absence of department leaders during the night shift. The Nurse House Supervisor will be supported by a progressive leadership team of Charge Nurses who ensure superior and safe care throughout the hospital’s nursing departments.
