A beloved non-profit hospital in West Texas seeks a dynamic Nurse Educator Labor Delivery Postpartum to join their tight-knit Labor & Delivery team.
Reporting to the Director of Nursing Education, the Nurse Educator Perinatal Services will collaborate with the Nurse Director of Labor & Delivery to educate a dedicated team of Charge and Staff nurses on a 30+ bed Perinatal Services Unit. The Perinatal RN Educator will work in an open door environment where team effort and family atmosphere are embraced.
The Nurse Educator Obstetrics will serve as a resource, coach, and mentor on the Labor & Delivery Unit. The RN Educator Perinatal Services will be responsible for new-RN orientations, setting policies and procedures, and in-service training.
