Nurse Director Quality Risk Management RN

An amazing leadership opportunity in Southern California is available for a Hospital Quality Director. The multidisciplinary team is excited to welcome on a dedicated and hard-working member to their clinical administrative team!

The Hospital Quality and Risk Management Director will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the Quality, Safety and Risk Management departments. They will manage hospital performance improvement initiatives, peer reviews, regulatory compliance and monitor the effectiveness of care services. Additionally, they will make recommendations as they see fit to improve performance overall of the 300+ bed hospital. The ideal candidate will have previous leadership experience in a hospital-based setting. The Hospital Quality Director will oversee a team of Nurse leaders including Nurse Manager Quality, Nurse Manager Risk Management as well as the Manager Infection Prevention. The Director report directly to the Chief Nursing Officer CNO. Together, they will work to make improvements and set new goals for the Quality and Patient safety department as a whole.
