The Nurse Director Quality Risk Management will provide clinical and operational leadership for quality, risk, infection control, and regulatory requirements. The hospital leadership team is seeking a self-motivated leader to proactively address process improvement objectives and measures to ensure quality and patient safety. The Director will foster an accountable, results-driven culture within the department.
The Quality Risk Management Nurse Director will report directly to the Chief Nursing Officer. Through this role, the Nurse Director will be able to serve as an advocate for quality and patient safety to the Board of Directors. The optimal candidate will have an active Texas RN license, a BSN, significant clinical experience, and at least five years of progressive healthcare leadership experience.
