The Nurse Director Quality and Risk Management will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the Quality department. They will manage hospital performance improvement initiatives, peer reviews, regulatory JCAHO compliance and monitor the effectiveness of care services. Additionally, they will make recommendations as they see fit to improve performance overall.
The ideal candidate will have previous supervisory experience in a hospital-based setting and experience with JCAHO compliance The Hospital Quality Director will report directly to top management leaders. Collaboratively, they will work to make improvements and set new goals for the quality department as a whole.
