An exciting opportunity is now available for a Nurse Director Quality Improvement and Patient Safety at a 150 bed Seattle / Tacoma Metropolitan Area Medical Center.
The Nurse Director Quality and Risk will report to the Chief Executive Officer, and will oversee a team of Infection Preventionists, Quality Improvement Specialists, Risk Manager, data analysts and a peer review coordinator. The Nurse Director Quality and Risk, and Patient Safety will develop metrics in quality and patient safety, ensure all policies and procedures are in compliance and acts as an expert resource for all hospital departments.
The Nurse Director Quality Services will be responsible for organizational improvements and quality measures for the entire facility. The Nurse Director Quality and Patient Safety will be in charge of the development and measuring of various clinical quality metrics, and quality improvement initiatives. The Director will oversee and monitor the implementation of Hospital Compliance Program.
