The RN Nurse Director Patient Care will be responsible for the clinical nursing operations for the acute care facility. The RN Nurse Director Patient Care will be responsible for the supervision of designated clinical units at the 400+ bed hospital.
The Nurse Director Patient Care Operations should be prepared to develop goals and objectives as well as implement competencies on an annual basis. Additional responsibilities for the Nurse Director will include budget and fiscal planning multiple departments, as well as managing employee relations including staffing, training and education. Furthermore, the RN Nurse Director Patient Care Operations will provide mentorship and leadership to the House Supervisors. The nurse Director will report directly to the VP Patient Care Services and Chief Nursing Officer CNO.
