The PCU Nurse Director will join a team of top-notch medical providers who are both passionate about the continuum of care they provide to their patients and the work environment they create for their colleagues.  The hospital takes pride in caring for its patients, but also providing for their staff through. 

The Intermediate Care Nursing Director will oversee all staffing and department improvement and compliance initiatives. Working closely with the CNO, the Step Down Director will coordinate budgeting, professional development for staff, and operational improvement to drive quality care and staff performance. The Nurse Director will take a leading role in efforts to ensure compliance and preparation for accreditation within the unit. As the Step Down nurse leader, the director will be expected to maintain a working knowledge of clinical patient care in order to best support her nurse manager and staff.
