The Nurse Director of Surgery will have complete oversight of the Surgical services department. The Nurse Director of Surgery Responsible for the day to day operation, and management of the Operating Room, Same Day Surgery Unit, Post Anesthesia Care and Central Sterile. The facility having close to 100 beds, the Nurse Director of Surgery should be able to coordinate and effectively address patent concerns and complaints within the management of the Surgical Services program. The Nurse Director of Surgery will oversee 5 Operating Rooms that conduct over 600 surgeries.
