The Nurse Director of Quality and Risk Management will oversees quality, infection control, risk management and patient safety / relations. The Nursing Director of Quality Improvement and Risk Management will be responsible for the development of an integrated approach to quality across the organization.
The Nurse Director of Quality and Risk Management will be supported by 20 skillful and tenured staff members. The Quality Improvement and Risk Management Nursing Director will report directly to the Chief Nursing Officer. The Nursing Director of Quality and Risk Management will collaborate with all Nursing Executives, Directors, Managers and Ancillary Directors to develop programs in order to improve quality, performance, and overall core measures.
