This hospital has a variety of inpatient and outpatient acute care services to ensure collaboration across healthcare.
Collaborating with other hospital leaders and reporting to the CNO, The RN Director Quality Improvement will serve as the primary leader providing oversight of all quality and performance improvement and risk management related activity for this medical center. Other areas of operational oversight include regulatory initiatives and patient safety. This role will also require your leadership in representing the medical center for CMS, Joint Commission and other regulatory bodies. In this role, you will spearhead initiatives to promote safety and evaluate staff and hospital performance.
The Nurse Director Risk Management will work in a Quality Improvement Department that is recognized for providing exceptional care. The Clinical Performance Improvement Director RN will help to ensure compliance in the implementation, maintenance and evaluation of demonstrated patient care.
