The  Nurse Director of Orthopedics will report directly to the CNO. The Nurse Director of Orthopedics will also have a large scope of support. The  Nurse Director of Orthopedics will be supported by over a wide variety of some of the most experienced staff RN-s, Nurse Managers, Nurse Supervisors, techs, and more

The  Nurse Director of Orthopedics will utilize their 3+ years of nursing leadership experience to run the Medical Surgical Unit and Orthopedics Unit fiscally, operationally, and administratively correct. The  Nurse Director of Orthopedics must be able to create an environment that promotes growth of staff.

The  Nurse Director of Orthopedics will be in a region filled with hiking trails, golf courses, laid back atmosphere, and beautiful weather.
