Reporting to the Chief Nursing Officer, the Director of Maternal Child Health will lead a staff of 90 experienced nurses in the perinatal departments. The Nursing Director of Maternal Child Health will be responsible for the overall administration, planning, direction, evaluation and development of the Perinatal departments.
The ideal candidate for the Nurse Director of Perinatal Services will show evidence of progressive nursing leadership and management experience including leadership in clinical and service excellence to patients, motivational skills, ability to understand the current healthcare environment, ability to understand the business viewpoint of the position, ability to approach problems analytically.
