The Nurse Director of ED and ICU will report directly to the CNO. The Nurse Director of ED and ICU will also have a large scope of support. The Nurse Director of ED and ICU will be supported by a large team of the most experienced staff RN-s, Nurse Managers, Nurse Supervisors, techs, and more
The Nurse Director of ED and ICU will utilize their nursing leadership experience to run both the Emergency Department and Intensive Care Unit fiscally, operationally, and administratively correct. The Nurse Director of ED and ICU must be able to create an environment that promotes growth of staff.
