Reporting to the Chief Nursing Officer, the Nurse Director Neonatal NICU is responsible for a 56+ bed Level III/IV NICU that supports 15 Labor & Delivery Rooms and a Maternal-Fetal Medicine Program for high-risk pregnancies. The Nurse Director Neonatal NICU will have strategic oversight for meeting and exceeding operational goals, improving HCAHPS scores, and directing staff development.
