As the Nurse Director Neonatal ICU you will have the opportunity to be a change agent to ensure the best quality of care for the Level III NICU. The NICU Nurse Director will report to the Administrative Director of Women’s and Children’s service line. The NICU Nurse Director RN will be able to work interdepartmentally to achieve optimal patient outcomes and be effective in hiring and retention. Administratively, the Nurse RN Director of NICU will oversee the operational budget and develop the budget annually in partnership with the finance department. Clinically, the Clinical NICU Nurse Director can look forward to advocating for best practices and working closely and collaboratively with a team of dedicated professionals to ensure the highest quality of safety and care for mother and baby.
