The Nurse Director will oversee a 11 bed Intensive Care Unit and 7 bed CCU. This intensive care unit cares for culturally diverse adolescent, adult, and geriatric patients. This unit utilizes new medical treatment and technologies to care for critically ill patients.
The Nurse Director Intensive Care Unit will report to the VP of Patient Care Services and oversees 51 FTEs. The Nurse Director Critical Care Unit will assist with organizing, developing, directing, and managing the medical staff. The Nurse Director Intensive Care Unit will accurately assess the strengths and developmental needs of staff, ensure competency of staff, and develop and manage nursing care delivery process.
