The ICU Nurse Director will report to the Chief Nursing Officer and will oversee the Intensive Care Unit Department operations. The Critical Care RN Director will oversee the department fiscal goals, department accreditation and regulatory programs, and department short and long term goals.

The ICU Director RN will work with an interdisciplinary team of Department Directors, Executive Hospital Leadership, and the quality department to achieve hospital and department goals.
