This award-winning Trauma Center is looking for a compassionate nurse leader to join their hospital’s leadership team. The acute care facility offers a number of different services to the surrounding community including: Surgical Services, Maternal Child Health, Cardiovascular Care and Trauma Services.
The Nurse Director Emergency Room ER will be accountable for the overall operations of the Emergency Department. They will work to develop departmental goals and objectives and collaborate with fellow multidisciplinary team members to deliver quality outcomes. The Nurse Director Emergency Room ER will provide both leadership and mentorship to staff within the Emergency and Trauma Department and work together improve patient care plans.
Supported by the Nurse Manager Emergency Department and Charge Nurse ED, the Nurse Director Emergency Room will report directly to the hospital Chief Nursing Executive (CNO).
