The 300+ Level 1 Trauma Center is seeking a compassionate RN Nurse leader to join their healthcare administration team. The acute care facility offers a number of different services to East Bay Area including: Emergency and Trauma Services, Maternal Child Health, Oncology Care as well as Imaging and Laboratory Services.
The Nurse Director Critical Care Emergency Services will be accountable for the overall operations of the Emergency Department, Trauma Services as well as Intensive Care Unit ICU. They will work to develop departmental goals and objectives and collaborate with fellow multidisciplinary team members to deliver quality outcomes. The Nurse Director RN ICU Emergency Services will provide both leadership and mentorship to staff within the ED and ICU and work together to improve patient care plans. Supported by the Nurse Manager Emergency Department and Nurse Manager Critical Care, the Nurse Director Emergency Room Trauma Services will report directly to the hospital Chief Nursing Officer CNO.
