Reporting to the Nurse Director of Emergency Services, the Nurse Coordinator Stroke Trauma Programs will collaborate with the Stroke Medical Director and Trauma Medical Director. The Nurse Coordinator Stroke Trauma Programs will also work alongside the Nurse Manager Emergency Services and Nurse Manager Neuro Spine.
The Nurse Coordinator Stroke Trauma Programs will ensure that the hospital maintains licensure and accreditation standards for both the Stroke Program and Trauma Program. The Nurse Coordinator Stroke Trauma Programs will chair both the Stroke Committee and Trauma Committee. The Nurse Coordinator Stroke Trauma Programs will evaluate clinical care given to stroke and trauma patients and strive for performance improvement.
