Reporting to the RN Director of Quality and the Nurse Manager of Risk Management, the Nurse Coordinator Quality Risk will collaborate with unit leadership across the hospital as well as medical staff. Additionally, the Nurse Coordinator Quality Risk will lead the Patient Safety Committee.
The Nurse Coordinator Quality Risk will promote a culture of patient-centered care by identifying best practices and working with unit leadership to create positive change at all levels of the organization. The Nurse Coordinator Quality Risk is accountable for creating patient satisfaction standards across the continuum of care and using data analytics to measure success achieving those standards. The Nurse Nurse Coordinator Quality Risk will make a difference in the lives of patients across this health system through education and staff support.
