The Nurse Assistant Director of the Medical Group will report directly to the Director of the Oncology Division.  They will manage a staff, and work across departments in a multi-disciplinary fashion to ensure clinical excellence for all patients and staff.

The Medical Group Assistant Director will closely work with, and sometimes in lieu of, the Director who manages the department.  The Assistant Director will be a vital part of ensuring patient flow processes in the ambulatory Hematology/Oncology care sites.  The ideal candidate for the Assistant Director position will have leadership, excellent communication skills, and develop policy and procedures for compliance and educational purposes.
