The ideal Night Shift Critical Care RN will have at least 1 year of clinical nursing experience working in a critical care unit, and hold (or able to obtain) their Florida or compact RN license prior to starting.
The Night Shift Critical Care RN will join the critical care and emergency services department, working either the mid or night shift. Reporting to the Critical Care ICU Nurse Manager, the Night Shift Critical Care RN will work alongside a team of specialized nurses, technicians, and ancillary staff to develop and provide customized patient care treatment plans that are tailored to the needs of each individual throughout their stay.
