An exciting and fulfilling opportunity to join an internationally recognized acute care hospital in Southern California Medical Center as the Nurse Supervisor of Neonatal Intensive Care Unit NICU has become immediately available. 

Reporting to the Director of Women’s Services, the Nurse Supervisor of NICU will have oversight of a top-notch nursing staff and the support of nearly 50 FTEs that run a Level III Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU). Providing the highest level of prenatal care, an experienced team of experts, along with a highly-trained support staff, specialize in High Risk and Complex Pregnancies.

The Nurse Supervisor of Neonatal Intensive Care Unit is accountable for the efficient delivery of patient care and high quality nursing practices in compliance with administrative, legal and regulatory requirements of governmental and regulatory agencies. As the Nurse Supervisor of NICU, you will be in charge of Assisting the Manager in hiring and training staff, and maintaining those quality standards. The Nurse Supervisor of the level III Neonatal Intensive Care Unit will oversee the 30 bed NICU.

Providing a broad range of advanced medical services and constantly striving to meet the growing healthcare needs of the community, this 300+ bed acute care medical facility’s offerings include Cardiology, Orthopedics, and Diagnostic Imaging services as well as a Level II Trauma Center.
