The Neonatal Intensive Care Unit Clinical Program Manager will be responsible for the upkeep and furthering of the Neonatal Designation program at this awarded facility. The Clinical NICU Program Manager will maintain the Level II NICU Designation by planning, developing, and implementing NICU performance improvement activities. The Clinical NICU Nursing Program Manager will ensure all NICU hospital staff are participating in ongoing education and are compliant with mandatory standards. The NICU Clinical Program Nurse Manager will be flexible and able to identify problems in the department that need to be revamped in order to increase success of the NICU unit. The Clinical Program NICU Nursing Manager will collaborate closely with the Neonatal MDs in the department in order to develop and/or revise policies, procedures and guidelines; assuring staff competency, education, and training.
