A well-respected medical center located in the heart of Los Angeles is in search for a Clinical Nurse Specialist (CNS) for their Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU).

The NICU Clinical Nurse Specialist (CNS) will be a part of a world-renowned healthcare organization and will be responsible for leading, educating and directing an accomplished team of clinical nursing practice in the NICU with affiliate and regional goals and targets. The Nurse Manager of Care Coordination collaborates with the Utilization Review Management Physician Adviser and medical director.

 The NICU Clinical Nurse Specialist will be responsible for the coordination, development, education and the assessment of clinical competency of newly hired and experienced nursing staff of the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU).
