Medical Intensive Care Unit Assistant Nurse Manager

 The Critical Care Nurse Supervisor will have oversight of the daily operations of the ICU, while ensuring the development between team members are consistent with the values of the hospital system. This individual will report directly to the Manager in Critical Care and will work hands on in collaboration with Critical Care Nurses and leadership in the department to ensure patients receive the best care.

 The Critical Care Nurse Supervisor will have the opportunity to manage clinical and support staff, along with the daily operations within the ICU. This experienced Critical Care Nurse will work in collaboration with the nurse leadership team to produce and support the goals of the facility. This person will have strong knowledge of performance improvement and assist in implementing inter-disciplinary programs, monitoring performance standards, and designing systems to improve performance within the ICU.
