A very exciting opportunity has just become available for a Manager of Women's Services at a beautiful facility located in Central Texas. The Manager of Women's Services will have a great opportunity to grow within an esteemed hospital.

The Manager of Women's Services will enjoy working at a newly-renovated outpatient clinic featuring state of the art equipment.This modern, Joint Commission accredited facility has over 200+ beds and over 800 full time employees. The contemporary hospital boasts 10 labor and delivery rooms with three beds for triage and recovery. Additionally, the facilities' mother/baby area has 21 private rooms that offer a chair/pull-out bed for our expectant fathers or other family members. Furthermore, the hospital has a 16 bed  NICU with 24 hour neonatology coverage. This Texas Friendly Designated hospital has state of the art technology that will assist the Perinatal Services Manager with their day to day operations.

Reporting to the Director of Women’s Services, the CNML certified Manager of Women's services will be supported by a team of highly collaborative and educated staff. Manager of Women's Services will be supported by RNC-OB and CLC licensed obstetricians, labor and delivery specialists, nurses, lactation consultants, neonatologists, and other caring professionals in a welcoming, comfortable environment.

The Manager of Women’s Services is responsible for the effective delivery of competent, compassionate, and efficient patient care in Labor and Delivery. This includes overall direction of clinical, human resources, and financial management. The Manager of Women's Services will also act as a liaison between the supportive hospital staff and the delicate patients in the Maternity department.

This beautiful region of Central Texas has outdoor activities such as hiking, biking, and fishing galore. There is a nearby lake where the Manager of Women's Services can go swimming, boating, or even paddle boarding. There are also amazing school systems in this part of Central Texas.
