Manager of Quality Improvement

Quality and Patient Safety is the number one priority at the hospital and the Performance Improvement Manager will work to monitor and improve the quality of care for patients.  The Manager of Patient Safety and Quality Management will be supported by the hospital's Executive Team and will work closely with the Nursing and Medical service line leaders.  The Quality Manager will monitor metrics in quality and patient safety, to provide recommendation for performance improvement initiatives in Nursing and Clinical Operations. They will work closely with the Quality Director to ensure appropriate measures for education and performance adjustment are taken to provide the best quality care.
