For more than 100 years this 200-bed facility has a long history of leading progressive care initiatives to provide additional services to meet the current and future needs of the community. While recognized for excellence in a variety of services, the facility is repeatedly praised for their achievements in patient safety, quality, and infection control.
The Infection Control Manager will be given broad oversight over all hospital department infection control practices, education, and outcomes. The Manager will collaborate with facility staff in monitoring and reporting infection data, and lead hospital committees on education, policy development, and current outcomes. On a regular basis, the Manager of Infection Control will conduct data analysis through NSHN and other systems to provide statistical analysis and reporting to hospital committees and staff. This will be a largely independent role, with minimal reporting to the Director of Quality.
