Reporting to the Director of Human Resources, the Manager of Human Resources Short-term Acute Care Hospital will oversee all employees in HR, an Employee Health RN, and 2 hospital volunteers.
The Manager of Human Resources Short-term Acute Care Hospital will be a vital member of the hospital’s executive team and be responsible for all Human Resources functions, including by not limited to employment, benefits administration, compensation, safety, training, labor relations, and recruitment. The Manager of Human Resources Short-term Acute Care Hospital will collaborate with hospital administration on strategic planning for the hospital and affiliated clinics and will ensure compliance with federal and state personnel management regulations.
The Manager of Human Resources Short-term Acute Care Hospital must have at least 5 years’ experience in HR and a solid background in healthcare. Management experience in short-term acute care hospitals is preferred. This well-respected facility will consider qualified out-of-state applicants and relocation assistance is available.
