The RN Manager NICU will be part of a team that specializes in neonatal care. This 33 bed unit is focused on promoting a patient-focused and healthy work environment.The Neonatal Intensive Care Unit has a rapid response team prepared to care for critically ill infants and plenty of opportunity for growth. The NICU provides services from open-heart surgery to ECMO.
The Nurse Manager NICU will serve as a strong leader and oversee around 110 FTEs. The NICU RN Manager will be supported by specialty trained NICU nurses and neonatal charge nurses. They will report to the NICU Director. The Nurse Manager NICU is responsible for providing and sustaining a nurturing work environement for staff.
