The healthcare system is recruiting for Child Psychologists, Adult Psychologists, and other Licensed Mental Health Professionals with MSW, MFT, PsyD, EdD, or PhD degrees and certifications in Licensed Clinical Social Worker LCSW, Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist LMFT or Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor LPCC with active licensure to practice in CA, WA, OR and GA states.

The Licensed Mental Health Professionals will provide mental health assessment, diagnosis, treatment and crisis intervention services for adult and/or child who present themselves from psychiatric evaluation with a broad range of mental health needs. The Licensed Behavioral Health Professionals will collaborate with treating physician, psychiatric and allied health professional team to plan and direct each individual member's treatment program.

The Licensed Mental Health Professionals will develop, implement, coordinate, and evaluate clinical treatment programs for the diagnosis, treatment, and/or referral of Health Plan members with acute or chronic mental illness. The Licensed Behavioral Health Professionals will participate in staff conferences to select, plan, and evaluate treatment programs. 

The Licensed Psychiatric Health Professionals will provide outpatient psychotherapy to individuals, couples, families and groups. The Licensed Mental Health Professionals will instruct and counsel patients and their families regarding compliance with prescribed therapeutic regimens and adherence to prescribed medication regimens, within the scope of practice. May administer specialized therapeutic procedures, as appropriate. 

The Licensed Mental Health Professionals may conduct psychological assessments, including test administration, interpretation, and recommendations. The Licensed Behavioral Health Professionals will prepare intake summaries, treatment plans, and case summaries and maintains ongoing confidential records. Chart member's treatment and progress in accord with state and NCQA regulations and in keeping with accepted community standards. May be required to participate in the department on-call rotation.
