The Director of Behavioral and Mental Health Services is actively interviewing to hire three mental health therapist. The therapist will have the flexibility to work in a variety of work settings. This clinic system has a local family medicine clinic, a mental health clinic and a school-based women's health clinic.
The administration is actively accepting candidates that have the following credentials: Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) or Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC).
This clinic provides care to all insured, under insured and uninsured patients. The Mental Health Therapist will be responsible for developing and implementing individual treatment plans and assisting patients and families coping with the effects of wide ranging diagnoses.
The LCSW, LMFT or LPC will also provide intake and mental health assessments, refer participants and their families to appropriate community agencies or facilities, act as a liaison with such organizations and advocate for participants and their families. The mental health professional will work with patients of all ages including children, adolescents and adults.
