A coastal critical access hospital is now hiring a dynamic Inpatient Surgery Nurse Manger for a team of diligent nurses specializing in rural health.
The Inpatient Surgery Nurse Manager will be an integral leader at this nonprofit critical access hospital located on the Pacific Coast. The manager will oversee a tow suite OR and PACU as well as the ambulatory surgery center. Surgeries include GYN, General, laparoscopic, and advanced orthopedic procedures via the arthroscope. The hospitals mission included patient centered, cost effective care that serves the community with current technology and quality clinical care.
The Inpatient Surgery Nurse Manager implements policies and procedures in the unit and acts a resource for all personal and providing mentorship and staff development. The Inpatient Surgery Nurse Manager runs daily operations in accordance with the hospital’s vision and goals. This position reports directly to the CNO and has 24/7 responsibility for the unit.
