The Nurse Director Emergency Services will be accountable for the operations of all Emergency Services at the hospital. They will work to develop departmental goals and objectives and collaborate with fellow multidisciplinary team members to deliver quality outcomes. The Nurse Director Emergency Services will provide both leadership and mentorship to staff within the Emergency Department and work together improve patient care plans. Supported by the Emergency Department Nurse Supervisor, the Emergency Department Nurse Manager ED will report directly to the Nurse Director Emergency Services and Chief Nursing Officer CNO.
