Inpatient Laboratory Manager

A fresh opening for an Inpatient Laboratory Manager is now available with a non-profit medical center in the vibrant Puget Sound in Washington State. 

Reporting directly to the Chief Operating Officer, the Inpatient Laboratory Manager will oversee a dedicated team of Laboratory personnel, including a Supervisor of Laboratory Services. The Manager of Clinical Laboratory will work day shift, Monday through Friday.

The Clinical Laboratory Manager will plan, lead, organize, and evaluate the hospital’s Laboratory Services as well as maintain high standards for cost control, quality, and safety. In addition to bench work, the Clinical Laboratory Manager will focus on quality assurance and performance improvement programs. The Clinical Laboratory Manager will write laboratory policies and procedures, as well as evaluate and validate new equipment.
