Using epidemiological methods, the Infection Preventionist will report directly to the Manager of Infection Prevention and coordinate infection control surveillance across all departments. The Infection Control Specialist will be responsible for developing system-wide infection control policies and programs to reduce infection rates. The ideal candidate will have several years of acute care infection prevention experience. A CIC certification and RN license are preferred.
