Reporting directly to the Chief Nursing Officer, the Infection Control Occupational Health RN will collaborate with the Manager of Quality on Infection Prevention and Manager of Human Resources on Workers Compensation and New Hire related matters.
The Infection Control Occupational Health RN will be responsible for two clinical areas: Infection Control and Employee Health. The Infection Control Occupational Health RN will be responsible for infection monitoring, reporting, risk assessment, prevention, procedure development, staff education, and outbreak management. The Infection Control Occupational Health RN will also conduct new-hire physicals and annuals for existing employees as well as immunization programs.
