The Infection Control Nurse Manager will join a 200+ bed acute care facility in the developing region of southern New York that provides many activities year-round. Providing care for over 100 years, the Infection Control Nurse Manager will be able to join the staff that provides optimal health care and quality of life to all patients. Nationally recognized for their Joint Commission Accreditation in Laboratory Services and Gold Plus status in Quality Care, this Level II Trauma Center continues to impress.

The Infection Control Nurse Manager will report directly to the Director of Infection control and will be held responsible for identifying and inspecting infectious diseases while also developing a response program to those diseases.  Collaborating with the Joint Commission, OSHA and state infection prevention guidelines will be essential for this hospital system to keep up their reputable standards. As the Infection Control Nurse Manager, the development of programs for each department will be key to everyone’s success.  The Infection Control Nurse Manager should carry ICP experience and more than 3 years of infectious disease leadership experience.
